Yes. CoParentOS has import options for supported exports from OurFamilyWizard, TalkingParents, AppClose and Our Children Australia. Export your records from your current platform, upload the supported file, then review the preview and choose what to import before confirming.

Depending on your platform and export file, you can bring across records such as messages, calendar events, expenses and notes. The import preview shows what the file contains and flags anything that needs attention. Keep your original export as a backup, including any attachments supplied separately.

You can request import assistance from your CoParentOS workspace. Tell us which platform you're moving from and what you'd like to bring over, so we can help you find the right next step. You don't need to share your old platform's password.

No. Start with one upcoming event or expense, then add older records when it suits you. You can try CoParentOS alongside your current platform while deciding what to bring over.

Each parent has a separate account. Shared household records are available to authorised household members, while private notes stay separate from shared information. Professional sharing is available on Premium with scoped, revocable access.

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from Billing. Cancelling renewal keeps paid access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation is separate from deleting your account, and existing records remain available to read and export under our retention policy.
