Step 1
Start with the purpose
Ask your client which dates, issues and original documents you need. An app summary is not a substitute for your assessment.
For family lawyers, mediators and support professionals
CoParentOS brings everyday arrangements, messages, expenses and documents into one place. This page explains our record exports so you can assess their usefulness without creating an account or uploading client information.
FICTIONAL SAMPLE • NO FAMILY DATA
Generated using the same finance PDF exporter as the app, with synthetic expenses and payments. Each page is marked as a sample. It demonstrates the layout and exact-cent amounts—not a complete evidence bundle or net balance.

Step 1
Ask your client which dates, issues and original documents you need. An app summary is not a substitute for your assessment.
Step 2
The finance export lists visible expenses and payments, not a reconciled amount owed. The recent timeline is capped and excerpts messages. A separate message-transcript ZIP preserves full stored text with source IDs and timestamps; it excludes attachments and inaccessible or deleted records.
Step 3
Retain source documents. ZIP manifests report missing files and hash mismatches. Matching hashes concern file integrity, not authenticity or the truth of their contents.
Step 4
Review the contents and recipients before sharing. Use your practice’s approved secure channel and minimise unnecessary information about children.
