Bring your conversations with you using supported export files—no connection to your phone or social accounts needed. Import one conversation file at a time, up to 5 MiB and 10,000 records. iMessage imports use the iMessage Exporter tool; Android imports support SMS, not MMS or RCS.
AI-assisted review is a limited-access Premium pilot, not a standard Premium inclusion yet. It reviews a selected message range with your permission; private imports, notes and reports work without AI.
Professional sharing covers selected messages, expenses, calendar entries, scheduled handovers and document titles/status—not document files or private notes. Each shared section shows up to 200 recent records.
Both-parent coverage includes two separate accounts. Plan features are the same whether you pay monthly or annually.
Your questions, answered
What South African preparation tools are included?
Organise supporting records for maintenance applications and Family Advocate discussions, prepare a monthly rand budget, and compare payments against an existing agreement or order. Download a review worksheet and save an editable draft. These preparation aids do not submit court forms or register an agreement.
Which languages are available?
The app is currently available in English. Additional interface languages are in development; they are not available yet. Your original messages, notes and documents remain unchanged.
Can I start without my co-parent?
Yes. Create your own account and start organising your records. Invite your co-parent when you’re ready; you each have separate sign-ins.
Do I need a credit card?
Not for the 7-day free trial. A credit or debit card is required when you choose a paid subscription. Prices are in South African rand and include any applicable tax.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes—use your web browser on a phone, iPad, tablet, PC or laptop. iOS and Android apps are coming; no download is needed to start.
What if we live in different countries?
Each parent can set their own country and timezone. Expense amounts keep their original currency, and regional tools are chosen separately from where you live.
Can I bring records from another platform?
Yes. Import supported exports, review the records and confirm any missing currency information. Our switching guide explains the formats and assistance available.
What does Premium add?
Both plans include financial-document checklists, version history and summaries of handovers, messages and expenses. Premium adds read-only professional sharing: choose the record categories, restrict access to your recipient’s verified email, set an expiry from 1 to 30 days and revoke access when you choose. Private notes stay private; shared documents show titles and status, not files.
